I formed my company in February 2003, having had a number of invaluable years of experience working for Berkeley Homes Property Developers and latterly John Allen Consulting, an international award winning consultancy group, as PA and Facilities Manager.
Fraser-Jones Alliance, a Facilities Management Company, is set to work for the Home Owner, the time-strapped professional as well as within Small and Medium sized Businesses. From sourcing competitive quotes, and overseeing maintenance and building works through a team of experienced contractors, including builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators, to an impressive team of consultants who provide expertise across a range of spectrums, we are able to deliver a fully comprehensive and excellent service to our clients.
The company also incorporates a dimension of Life-Style Management, offering a personalised service by helping people manage their work-life balance. We are here to take the stress out of large-scale domestic projects as well as every day tasks. As an add-on for 2007 we have included "Style" Management to our services. We live in a very visual world where first impressions are crucial. Establishing a sense of professionalism is key to building business relationships. Studies show that 55% of all communication is non-verbal. 38% is through body language and only 7% through spoken words. Our service is a one-to-one personal styling consultation. I am able to draw on a wealth of experience having worked for a Wardrobe Management company whilst my young family were growing up and have recently been trained at The London College of Fashion. I worked for 9 years with designers, choreographers and producers of fashion shows and then went on to train as a consultant in skincare and makeup, before returning to the corporate world.
