How important is Dress code in the workplace?

  • Do you buy clothes to wear specifically for work? Yes.
  • Do you think Offices should have a dress code? I feel there should be a dress code as it shows professionalism from the perception of visitors and Clients.
  • In your view what is acceptable / unacceptable work attire in offices? Acceptable is smart casual, no jeans or tracksuit bottoms or trainers!
  • Do you think what you wear to the office affects how you work? I do think it affects how you work. From experience if you go in casual, your approach to how you do things and manage your time changes.
